I am delighted to take on the role of Head Coach at The Fly 2026. After two years as Assistant Coach, I’m excited to step forward into this position and continue to work with some of Europe’s top athletes.
With the new exciting team selection process, I’ll be looking for players with strong team ethic, that show relentless drive both on and off the pitch as well young emerging talent.
I’m looking forward to the challenge ahead and to seeing a new team can achieve together.
One of the most experienced players in the entire country with plenty of coaching under her belt too, Lynch joins Minetti as Assistant Coach of Hustle Women in 2026.

I’m excited to be making my debut at The Fly next year. Success at The Fly to me is strong team performances, strong progress through the weekends, strong team cohesion, and strong culture.
I like confident, dynamic, and aggressive lacrosse. I think that will be enjoyable for fans and certainly aligns with some of The Fly team names!
Minetti and Lynch will take charge of Hustle Women at The Fly 2026 on 16 & 17 May in the north and 30 & 31 May in the south.
