Dates and venue confirmed for The Fly 2024

We are thrilled to confirm The Fly 2024 will now officially take place on 11 May, 18 May, and 1 & 2 June with the final three dates to be held at Rosslyn Park RFC.

With a second venue in Manchester to be announced shortly, The Fly will return with a bang in 2024 with its fourth edition, the first since the International Olympic Committee announced Sixes Lacrosse will be played at LA28.

Sixes Lacrosse is, of course, the format of lacrosse that has always been played at The Fly with our competition being the first Sixes Lacrosse league in the world when it debuted in 2021.

So there’s never been a better time to get involved in The Fly to experience Sixes Lacrosse, the Olympic version of the sport, and with player applications closing this Sunday 12 November, you’d better hurry if you want a spot on one of our eight teams!

Forge will begin their bid for a third consecutive women’s title while a second men’s title could be in the offing for Hustle, that is unless Forge, Swift, and Rise have something to say about it.

Our opening competition date for The Fly 2024 is both on a Saturday and at a venue in the north of England for the first time.

This is a huge milestone for us as we endeavour to cement The Fly’s position as the premier Sixes Lacrosse competition in the world.

The final two competition dates will see us return to Rosslyn Park RFC once again, the scene of last year’s incredible The Fly 2023!

Keep your eyes peeled over the coming weeks for confirmation of our Manchester venue.
