Michael Molster brings to The Fly over 30 years of lacrosse coaching experience. For 12 years, Molster coached in the American NCAA with Johns Hopkins, Towson, and Penn State Universities.

He was an assistant coach focusing primarily on the defence and goalies. Under Molster's guidance, the Towson defence was among the best in the country, ranking in the top 10 nationally during his time there in both goals against average and caused turnovers.

In June 2019, Molster joined the Penn State Nittany Lions as an assistant coach where he has continued his success, even grabbing three wins against top 20 opponents in 2021!

Molster will be known to England fans as the defensive coach for the England senior women’s team for the 2022 World Championship where England won the bronze medal after beating Australia 8-7.

He also served as an assistant coach for the England U19 team that claimed bronze at the 2015 World Championship.
