As Erica Erb takes on the Head Coach role with the Rise men’s team at The Fly 2023, she’ll be drawing on her extensive international coaching experience with the Wales senior women’s national team.   

In addition, Erica was an Associate Coach for Great Britain women’s sixes this summer which saw the first ever GB women’s sixes team compete in the World Games in Birmingham, AL., USA.   

  Between 2019 and 2022, Erica was Head Coach of the Exeter University women’s team where she oversaw an unbeaten 2019-20 season in which her team amassed an incredible +155 goal difference and also won the Team of the Year award at the university’s Athletic Union awards night.
